We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on the outskirts of town provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel staff were wonderful, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site car park and the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The jacuzzi in the garden area was a great addition, allowing us to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we recommend this hotel mainly for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The hotel's amenities and services, such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, would be especially beneficial for families with children.

Hotel staff were very friendly. English speaking. Very helpful indeed. Rooms were adequate, clean, 'Klima that worked !' Shower was a little on the small side but bathroom itself clean and good size. Towels and laundry seemed new. Good sized Parking area with no problems to access. You would need a car to get into the town itself. 10 mins from the A14. Good selection of food and quality good, although i thought just a little expensive.

Some of the area's may'be could do with a little refurb, but on the whole it's ok

It is impossible that the hotal has 4 strats...maybe in the 70s. Old furniture, small windows, very bad breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the center of town. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the ample free parking available. we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Faenza.
